Manufactured from premium 6060 T1–T5 aircraft-grade aluminium, both the expanded mesh and supporting frame are engineered to deliver exceptional strength, durability, and lightweight performance.

The reinforced outer frame securely supports the expanded mesh, providing superior protection against stones, road debris, and other impacts that can damage the radiator core. In addition, the rigid frame offers increased structural support to help minimise the risk of radiator damage in the event of a side impact or accidental bike drop.
