Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We mainly ship our products from our warehouse in Australia, United States, China and Poland.

For domestic economic shipping, It normally takes 2-10 days for delivery. We may ship your order(s) from different locations for expedited delivery as we utilize alternative warehouses.
For International orders, duties and taxes may apply. Be aware that some countries will charge Import tax or Import duties for higher value products. US customer are free of import duties for the orders up to 800 USD.
Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at info@adventureonstore.com to review the status of your order. 
We cannot and will not be held liable if the post service fails to deliver in required time or your purchase is damaged or lost in transit as this is entirely at the customer's sole risk.
