Kawasaki KLE500 Radiator Guard
Built for riders who take their KLE500 off the beaten track, these Radiator Guards are proudly designed and manufactured in Australia by B&B Off Road Engineering. We engineered them with a CNC-machined interlocking aluminium design that doubles the protection in critical impact areas while maintaining excellent airflow through our 3D louvred fins. The modular three-piece construction provides a precise fit, allows individual sections to be replaced if damaged, and bolts straight on with no modifications required.

Tough Impact Protection
- Built from CNC-machined 2.5mm thick aluminium with an interlocking design that doubles the thickness to 5mm, giving the guards maximum impact and crush protection in the most vulnerable areas. These guards are made to take hits from almost any angle, keeping your radiator safe when things get rough.
Roost & Debris Shield
- The angled fin design helps prevent roost, rocks, and trail-side sticks from directly hitting the radiator core, keeping it in good shape longer.
Keeps the Air Flowing
- Our interlocking aluminium louvre design has 3D fins that work just like the stock plastic ones, so you keep great airflow while adding serious strength.
