No base required to fit it on the bike. The roll-up design provides waterproof guarantee while supporting quick opening and closing.
You can adjust the distance between the two waterproof bike bags with the Velcro strap and buckles giving you a solid fit on the bike.
Different from ordinary waterproof material, we use PVC tarpaulin as the bag shell material, which is extremely durable. High-density PVC resists water and dust and is easy to clean.
